About Me
Life for me, has been about learning to stand in my power. Over the years, taking up space and being visible has been hard for me because it made me unsafe. In turn, I did intentional inner work to achieve a sense of true consciousness and well-being. Today, I teach to inspire others to dream and assert their infinite potential, I dress to express my natural essence, I move to feel at one with my body, I breathe with intention to connect to the present moment, I let my hair do it's thing to practice self-acceptance, I sing and hum to feel my heart radiate. With each day I am in greater harmony with my true self. No mask, survival mode or proving myself. The inner work begins with me, being authentically me. Flow with me.

Permission to just be.
My personal brand is all about giving yourself permission to just be. I created permission to just be as an intimate space of solidarity that centers Black women’s authenticity, self-valuation and liberation. As creatives and agents of change in our communities we should not have to be isolated, feel alienated, invisible, or dim our light, in doing this passionate work. Permission to just be is where we pause to embrace our innate abundance. Share in communion with me, and those that love us, as we take space as a collective and just be.
